It is located in the central neighbourhood known as Perchel Sur, near the Málaga-María Zambrano train station, and reflects the dream of a young pair of chefs (Cristian Fernández and Pablo Zamudio) who have brought the final degree project they jointly presented at the Escuela de Hostelería de Morón de la Frontera to fruition. They offer a small menu with tapas and dishes designed for sharing, with a modern style and a strong traditional base. What to order? Don't miss the Canelón de gallina vieja or the curious Spanish tortilla, made in the Japanese omurice style and served with wasabi mayonnaise.
