Under this name, a term with Argentine and Uruguayan roots to refer to a ‘girl’ in Rioplatense Spanish, this restaurant brings with it the Mendoza sensibility, understanding fire as an ancestral language and the ingredients as the protagonists of a story that comes to life in each dish. Chef Lucas Bustos, who always maintains a close relationship with the world of wine, manages to transport all the flavours, aromas and memories of that terroir to our palates. The menu, with dishes as tantalising as the Argentine Angus ribeye steak and Tudela lettuce hearts with manchego (for two people), is complemented by a 10-course tasting menu.
