Two former colleagues from MICHELIN-starred restaurant Têtedoie have joined forces here at "The Drinking Pig"! Savour tasty meat dishes (organic Aubrac beef cooked as best suits the day's cut, parsnips and leeks) and try out audacious combinations (braised Jerusalem artichokes, onion purée and coffee sabayon). The well-sourced local produce is cooked just right – and the small batch wines are the perfect accompaniment.
