In a well-kept listed building on a corner plot, chef-patron Marlon Rademacher and his dedicated team welcome diners to their modern, tastefully designed space. The cooking is contemporary and refined; the quality of the ingredients is outstanding. Choose between the "Menu Philosophie" and "Menu Du Prestige". A vegetarian set menu is possible if ordered when making your reservation. Three days a week, there is a reasonably priced lunch set menu that is equally sophisticated.
