Dinner at Banyan is a real experience. As you take in the view of Ortaköy Mosque and the action on the Bosporus through the large windows, choose an aperitif from the fabulous selection available at the cocktail bar, where a DJ plays the hottest beats. The food is not to be underestimated: expect modern Asian dishes and spicy flavours with fish as the main focus. The menu includes exquisite sushi options, prawn gyoza and chicken with a spicy green curry sauce. And even if you turn up after 10.30pm, the kitchen will still be open with a shorter menu. Very cool!
