Dinner at Banyan is a real experience. As you take in the view of Ortaköy Mosque and the action on the Bosphorus through the large windows, the DJ at the cocktail bar plays the hottest beats. The food is not to be underestimated: expect modern Asian dishes and spicy flavours, with fish as the main focus. Very cool!
