The stylish outer walls reveal a dark, inviting interior whose centrepieces are an imposing bar and a dry-ageing fridge. Unsurprisingly, prime beef, such as wagyu and other premium breeds, is the establishment’s raison d’être. Superlatively barbecued, the meat is served with knockout sauces and large portions of side dishes that each diner chooses themselves.
