Il parere della Guida Michelin
Hotel Alpenstern boasts an enviable location above the village, perched at an altitude of 1 580m. In addition to cosy guestrooms and panoramic apartments, the hotel has an interesting gastronomic identity. The restaurant, named after the 1 962m-high Löffelspitze mountain, serves classic French cuisine with seasonal influences and nods to the region, in the form of an eight-course set menu. To accompany your food, you have a choice of wine (peruse the well-curated wine list of over 2 000 labels) or cocktails, including alcohol-free options. The attentive service is very pleasant. Amuse-bouches are served in the bar area before you are shown to your table in the elegant space. The aesthetic is modern, chic and appealingly casual – there are only a handful of tables, which creates a certain intimacy. Alternatively, you could head to Panoramarestaurant.
