Part of the La Torre Box Art hotel, Koma occupies a glass-fronted pavilion with access via the garden. It is skilfully run by chef Rubén Amro, who has won several Spanish food awards and has also represented Spain at the prestigious Bocuse d'Or Europe competition. The à la carte, an updated take on traditional cuisine with interesting nods to Asian cuisine, is complemented by a tasting menu. If you have the chance, don’t miss the liquid “cocido” fritters.
