The sound of the waves serves as the background music at this simple spot where just seven tables await diners. The sea informs more than just the setting, however, as the chef's menu spotlights seafood caught in nearby ports. From Coffin Bay and Smoky Bay oysters to fish and mussels from Port Lincoln, it's all supremely fresh. Meanwhile, it's hard to find any fault with snacking on baked sardines topped with pickled currant almond on crostini or grilled jumping mullets with a view of the sea.
