Una stella MICHELIN: una cucina di grande qualità. Merita la tappa!
Prodotti di prima qualità, finezza nelle preparazioni, sapori distinti, costanza nella realizzazione dei piatti.
To dine now or later, that is the question. Enter Rose’s Luxury and you’ll need to decide whether you’re heading upstairs for drinks or settling right in for a meal at one of their four nooks. This space exudes fun, especially at the counter facing the busy kitchen. The décor is decidedly laidback, highlighting bare wood tables and exposed bulbs that can make you feel like you’re in someone’s backyard. This casual mood means you’ll spot all types inside, including couples with tots in tow. The kitchen does its greatest work at the beginning and end, though there are many family-style dishes on offer. Small plates, such as the ricotta served with grilled brioche and an intensely flavorful lychee salad with pork sausage, are pitch perfect. Desserts are similarly stirring and indeed a good reason to save room here. In fact, some may even skip dinner for the often befuddling, intriguing and just plain delicious take on the classics. Sweet, poached, and almost candied cubes of eggplant turn the familiar tarte Tatin on its head, just as the Fernet-Cola tiramisu is notably unusual yet blindingly good. Those on the run may load up on breakfast and lunch at precious Little Pearl nearby.
