Not too long ago, Seongsu-dong was predominantly an industrial neighborhood made up of clusters of factories and warehouses. Now, it is home to chic cafes, restaurants and art galleries, attracting the young and trend-conscious consumers following the latest buzz. French bistro L'Enfance by chef Kim Tae-min is tucked away in one of the small streets of this newly emerging part of the city. The signature dish here is the dry-aged bone-in pork loin served with grilled mango and topped with freshly chopped cilantro.
