After runaway hits like Balaboosta and the successful fast-casual mini-chain Taïm, Chef/owner Einat Admony is back with Kish Kash—her take on North African cuisine of the Jewish diaspora. Located along the western end of Hudson Street, an area teeming with local eateries and shops, the interior is minimalist and tidy, featuring pale wood tables and colorful, Moorish tiled walls. The restaurant employs Admony's fast-casual format and though the menu is limited, the quality of food is superb. Everything is crafted with fresh ingredients and spices, but make no mistake, it is their hand-rolled, light, divine and melt-in-your-mouth couscous served with a number of different stewed and saucy meats, fish and vegetables that is the real reason why you're here.
