Its name reflects how the menu is organized—offering meats in quarter-pound portions, thereby allowing diners to sample an ample array of marinated cuts. Come hungry or bring a friend, as solo diners are required to order at least a couple orders of meats. Kick things off with the sizzling pork skin, loaded with rich collagen and excellent seasoning.
