Take the stairs to the third floor of this unobtrusive warehouse (you'll need to ring the bell in the evening) to discover this rather rugged yet inviting restaurant with its splendid view over the IJ River. Benny Blisto sets great store by the origin of his ingredients, be it a carrot or ray wing. Locally sourced, seasonal produce is the inspiration behind his creativity. For instance, with slightly tart rhubarb and an exquisite beetroot sauce, he elevates a venison fillet to new heights. An exciting dining experience is guaranteed!
